1.1. The competition is organized by the public institution “Ars festa.”
1.2. The competition will take place on October 9–10, 2026, at the Palanga Concert Hall (43 Vytauto St., Palanga).
1.3. The purpose of the competition is to promote vocal creativity, stage experience, and international cultural cooperation among children and young people.
2.1. Soloists, duets, and vocal ensembles of any age may participate in the competition.
2.2. The age group of an ensemble is determined based on the average age of its members.
3.1. The Grand Prix, Mini Grand Prix, and first-place winners of the 2025–2026 “Christmas Talent League,” “Music Talent League,” and “Summer Talent League” competitions are invited without further selection.
3.2. Other participants take part in the remote selection process.
3.3. The registration form must be completed at www.muzikostalentulyga.lt by September 5, 2026.
3.4. The audition video (if applicable) must be sent by email to [email protected] by September 5, 2026. A piece other than the one planned for the competition may be submitted for the audition.
3.5. Recordings should be sent by email to [email protected] by September 20, 2026. File name: First Name_Last Name_Age_Song (for ensembles—ensemble name).
4.1. One piece of the performer’s choice is performed.
4.2. The maximum duration of a piece is 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
4.3. The organizers will provide a keyboard instrument. Participants are responsible for providing their own other instruments, accessories, and sound equipment.
5.1. Performances are evaluated by an international panel using a 5–10 point scale. The final score is the average of the panel members’ scores.
5.2. The Commission may, by its decision, award multiple first, second, and third-place finishes.
5.3. All participants are awarded diplomas, trophies, and commemorative medals.
5.4. The best performers in each age group are awarded the Mini Grand Prix, while the overall winners of the competition receive the Grand Prix prizes.

6.1. Only participants subject to the selection process are required to pay the selection fee.
6.2. Funding for the competition will be paid by September 10, 2026.
6.3. If you register after September 5 (if spaces are still available), an additional fee of 20 € will apply.
6.4. If more than three people appear on stage with the soloist, the performance is considered a group performance.

The competition and awards ceremony will take place on October 9–10, 2026. The awards ceremony will be held three times on each day of the competition. The final program will be announced at least 7 days before the event.

9.1. Participants are responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, and other personal expenses.
9.2. The organizers reserve the right to amend the contest program and these rules if necessary.
9.3. Participants are responsible for complying with copyright laws regarding the works they perform.
9.4. By participating in the contest, participants (or their legal representatives) agree that photographs, video, and audio recordings made during the event may be used for the purposes of publicizing, archiving, and promoting the contest without additional compensation.
