Held for the fifth consecutive year, the PALANGA TALENT LEAGUE brought together more than 300 participants from nine countries around the world. Over the two days of the competition, 191 performances full of talent, emotion, and creativity were presented on stage. Performers from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, and Ukraine traveled to Palanga, and their performances were judged by a ten-member international jury.
A stage where anyone can feel like a star
Our goal is to ensure that every young performer has the opportunity to showcase their talent on a professional stage. We’ve made sure not only to create a stunning stage aesthetic, but also to provide high-quality sound, artistic lighting, and visual effects tailored specifically to each performance. The performances were captured by five video cameras and photographers, and a large technical, creative, and organizational team ensured that the event ran smoothly.
The best performances from the competition will be broadcast on “Lietuvos rytas” TV—the voices of these young talents and the stories they create will reach viewers throughout Lithuania.
We are proud of every participant and their teacher
This year’s competition stood out for the exceptionally high level of preparation among the participants. Masterful vocal control, thoughtful interpretations, stage presence, and the courage to tackle complex pieces revealed the tremendous effort put in by the performers and their teachers.
We sincerely congratulate all the participants! Every performance is the result of rehearsals, patience, exploration, and determination. We thank the teachers for their professional guidance, and the families for their support, which helps these young talents grow and step onto the stage with confidence.
From age-group evaluations to the competition's top prize
The participants' achievements were evaluated on several levels:
Performers in their respective age groups were presented with graduation certificates, first-, second-, and third-place certificates, and MINI GRAND PRIX awards.
GRAND PRIX trophies were awarded in the combined age groups KIDS, JUNIORS, and ADULTS.
At the end of the two days of the competition , one overall winner of the entire competition was announced —the GRAND PRIX ABSOLUTE winner.
GRAND PRIX ABSOLUTE – Albertas Glovinskis
The top prize at the fifth PALANGA TALENT LEAGUE was awarded to 14-year-old Albertas Glovinskis from Indrė Launikonytė’s vocal studio.
Albert impressed the international jury with his masterful vocal technique, the power of his performance, and his flawless rendition of an extremely complex piece. He has been participating in the “Music Talent League” competitions since he was eight years old, so it’s especially rewarding for us to watch him grow and celebrate this important achievement together.
The winner was awarded a gift certificate worth 300 euros to participate in the SUMMER TALENT LEAGUE festival in Spain. We sincerely congratulate Albertas and his teacher Indrė Launikonytė!
We invite you to listen to Alberto's performance:
