PALANGA TALENT LEAGUE is an international vocal competition, which is filmed and the strongest performances are broadcast on one of the Lithuanian TV channels.
The competition is open to participants who have won the CHRISTMAS TALENT LEAGUE, MUSIC TALENT LEAGUE, SUMMER TALENT LEAGUE and MUSIC TALENT LEAGUE competitions organised by ARS FESTA in the years 2024-2025:
Other participants are first invited to pass the pre-competition selection process remotely.
2.1. PARTICIPANTS IN THE COMPETITION:
- vocalists: soloists, duets and vocal ensembles without age limit.
2.2. DEADLINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF ENTRY FORMS
ALL PARTICIPANTS (both selected and non-selected) wishing to take part in the competition must complete the registration form on the website www.muzikostalentulyga.lt by 5 August 2025.
Participants who, according to the contest regulations, are required to pass the pre-contest selection must send a video of their performance (the song does not have to be the same as the one to be performed during the contest) before 1 August 2025 by e-mail to [email protected]. Upon notification of the results of the selection, the participant's participation in the filmed competition is confirmed or not.
Song phonograms (minus) are welcome by e-mail [email protected] to 15 September 2025.
When uploading phonograms, phonogram files must be named in the following order: Name_First name_First name_Age_Title of work, e.g. Name of the name of the phonogram.
For ensembles, the name of the ensemble in place of the name.
2.3. THE PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCTING THE COMPETITION
2.3.1. Participants will be divided into age groups after the close of registration, which will be based on the number of participants of similar age.
The age category of the ensembles is determined by the average age of the group members.
2.3.2. 1 piece of free choice. The works may be of different genres.
2.3.3. Work Duration not exceeding 3:30 minutes.
2.3.4. the Organisers provide a keyboard instrument. Other instruments (if needed) are provided by the participants, including accessories needed for their sound, e.g. cubes for guitars.
2.3.5 The prizes will be awarded after the end of the whole competition.
2.4. EVALUATION OF THE CONTESTANTS.
The jury members evaluate each participant's performance with a score between 5 and 10. For each participant, the overall average of all the jury members' scores is derived.
More than one first, second and third prize may be awarded in each category by decision of the Commission.
According to the results of the jury, all participants will be awarded diplomas and trophies and commemorative medals for 3rd, 2nd, 3rd, 1st place. The highest scoring performers in their age groups will be awarded with Mini Grand Prix cups and diplomas, and the winners of the whole competition will be awarded with GRAND PRIX cups and diplomas, as well as with prizes provided by the Organiser.
2.5. COMPETITION SUPPORT
2.5.1:
2.5.2. If a soloist performs with backing vocals or backing instruments with more than 3 people on stage, the ensemble is treated as a group.

2.5.4. The concert in Palanga Concert Hall is FREE, feel free to invite your support groups, family members and friends.

10-11 October 2025 - CONTEST AND AWARDS
AWARDS - at the end of each day.
Please indicate which day is suitable for you when registering. If you do not specify a day, the Organiser will assign a day at its discretion.
The programme is provisional. It will be revised 1 week before the event.

5.1 Competitors and accompanying persons are responsible for their own travel and subsistence expenses.
5.2 The Organisers reserve the right to amend the Programme and the Regulations as necessary.
5.3 The Competition Organisers shall be entitled to all TV and radio appearances, publishing, filming and photography without any additional fee. The Organiser may use video, audio and photographic material for promotional purposes without the express permission of the participants.
5.4 Participants are responsible for respecting the copyright of the songs they perform.
5.5 By agreeing to participate in the Competition, the entrant (or his/her representative, if an adult, if the entrant is a minor) automatically agrees and has no claim to the public disclosure and publication of the entrant's photographs, videos and other personal data in the public domain for advertising purposes.
