CONDITIONS

1. FESTIVAL

Festival organizer – Public Institution “Ars festa”.

The festival will take place on November 28, 2026, at St. John’s Church in Vilnius.

2. PARTICIPANTS

The following are invited to participate in the festival:

• instrumentalists – soloists, duets, trios, and chamber ensembles of up to 5 members performing music of various genres and eras;
• Classical vocalists – soloists and ensembles of up to 5 people;
• pop singers – soloists and ensembles of up to 5 people performing pieces with live accompaniment or a cappella.

There are no age restrictions for participants.

3. REPERTOIRE

Each participant performs 1 piece of their choice, lasting up to 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

The second piece is possible with separate approval from the Organizer (if there is enough time).

A welcome repertoire featuring Christmas and holiday themes. When selecting performances for television programs, priority will be given to festive themes and high-quality performances. 

The organizer can provide the services of a professional pianist for participants who need an accompanist. The cost is 70 EUR. This price includes preparation of the accompaniment from sheet music or a recording, two rehearsals, and live accompaniment during the event. 

4. REGISTRATION

The participant questionnaire is filled out on the website www.muzikostalentulyga.lt.

Applications will be accepted until October 31, 2026.

5. SUPPORT FOR THE FESTIVAL

Participants are asked to support the organization of the festival:

If an an invoice, please specify the following in the payment description: PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL.

If you cancel your registration less than two weeks before the event, the fee paid is non-refundable. If participation is canceled more than two weeks before the event, 30 EUR is non-refundable; the remaining amount will be credited toward future participation in any competition or festival organized by VšĮ Ars Festa. 

6. AWARDS

Every festival participant and their leader will be presented with certificates of appreciation and commemorative Christmas gifts.

7. FILM AND TELEVISION

All of the festival's performances will be filmed and photographed.

Recordings of the festival concerts will be broadcast on “Lietuvos rytas” TV during the pre-Christmas and post-Christmas periods.

The organizer and the television station reserve the right to select performances for television broadcasts that are in keeping with the festive theme and demonstrate a high standard of performance.

Participants can order an edited video of their performance.
The price of the video is 50 EUR.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

• Participants and their accompanying persons are responsible for covering their own travel expenses.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the festival program and rules as necessary.
• The organizer reserves the right to film, photograph, record, and broadcast festival performances on television, radio, and other media platforms without providing additional compensation to the participants.
• The organizer may use the video, audio, and photographic material created during the festival for promotional and advertising purposes.
• Participants are responsible for complying with copyright requirements for the works they perform.
• By submitting an application, the participant—or, in the case of a minor, the participant’s parents, guardians, or other legal representative—consents to the participant being photographed or filmed and to the publication of material created during the festival.
