"CHRISTMAS TALENT LEAGUE"

CONDITIONS
Applications will be accepted until 1 December 2024.
I.GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1.
1.2. the date and place of the Competition shall be 4 January 2024 at the address MUSIC THEATRE LEGENDS CLUB, Kalvarijų str. 85, Vilnius.
II. CONDUCT OF THE TENDER
2.1. THE COMPETITION IS OPEN TO:
vocalists: soloists, duets and vocal ensembles up to and including 24 years of age;
2.2. DEADLINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF ENTRY FORMS
Participants must:
When uploading phonograms, phonogram files must be named in the following order: Name_Surname_ Song title, e.g. Joe_Randers_Anxiety.
For ensembles, the name of the ensemble in place of the name.
2.3. COMPETITION CATEGORIES AND PROCEDURES
2.3.1.
The age category of the ensembles is determined by the average age of the group members.
Participants will be divided into age groups at the end of the registration period according to the number of participants by age.
2.3.2. The works may be of different genres.
2.3.3. the duration of the work must not exceed 3:30 minutes.
2.4. EVALUATION AND AWARDS.
The jury members score each participant's performance on a scale from 5 to 10. For each participant, the overall average of the scores of all the jury members is derived.
More than one first, second and third prize may be awarded in each category by decision of the Commission. There are also special festive nominations. One MINI GRAND PRIX winner in each age group will be selected for the age group with the highest number of jury points.
At the end of the competition, one GRAND PRIX winner and one GRAND PRIX CHRISTMAS SONG winner will be selected among the MINI Grand Prix winners.
All participants and leaders are awarded Christmas gifts, diplomas and medals, Grand Prix winners are awarded Grand Prix cups, Grand Prix diplomas, medals and gift vouchers for participation in other competitions organised by ARS FESTA.
2.5. SUPPORT FOR THE COMPETITION
Payment for participation in the competition is as follows:
For registrations made after 1 December, there is an additional "late registration fee" of EUR 20 per performance. Late registrations will only be accepted if there is room for additional participants.

2.6. FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHING THE COMPETITION
All performances will be filmed and photographed using professional equipment (3 cameras, sound from a sound desk). If you would like to purchase a video and/or high resolution photographs of your performance, please let us know by email [email protected] or by coming to the venue at the reception.
Video price 50 EUR / piece.
FILMING WITH YOUR OWN TECHNOLOGY IS FORBIDDEN, except on telephones..
III. FINAL PROVISIONS
3.1 Competitors and accompanying persons are responsible for their own travel expenses.
3.2 The Organisers reserve the right to amend the Programme and the Regulations as necessary.
3.3 The Competition Organisers shall be entitled to all TV and radio appearances, publishing, filming and photography without any additional fee. The Organiser may use video, audio and photographic material for promotional purposes without the express permission of the participants.
3.4 Participants are responsible for respecting the copyright of the songs they perform.
3.5 By agreeing to participate in the Competition, the Participant (or his/her adult representative if the Participant is a minor) confirms that he/she agrees to and has no claim against the public disclosure and publication of the Participant's photographs, video recordings and other personal data in the public domain for advertising purposes.
