"CHRISTMAS TALENT LEAGUE"

CONDITIONS

Applications will be accepted until 15 December 2025.

I. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1 The organiser of the competition is Ars festa.
1.2 The date and venue of the competition will be 17-18 January 2026 at ROYAL THEATRE (formerly Vaidilos
theatre), Jakšto g. 9, Vilnius.

II. CONDUCT OF THE TENDER

2.1. THE COMPETITION IS OPEN TO:

vocalists: soloists, duets and vocal ensembles with no age limit.

2.2. DEADLINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF ENTRY FORMS

Participants must:

- fill in the application form by 15 December 2025 at www.muzikostalentulyga.lt
- send a phonogram (minus) of your song to [email protected] by 10 January 2026.

When uploading phonograms, phonogram files must be named in the following order. Name of the name of the phonogram.

For ensembles, the name of the ensemble in place of the name.

2.3. COMPETITION CATEGORIES AND PROCEDURES

2.3.1. each participant is in his/her own age group.
The age category of the ensembles is determined by the average age of the participants in the group.
Participants will be divided into age groups after the end of the registration period, according to the number of participants by age.
2.3.2. the participants will perform 1 piece of their own choice. The duration of the piece must not exceed 3:30 minutes.

2.4. EVALUATION AND AWARDS.

The jury members score each participant's performance on a scale from 5 to 10. For each participant, the overall average of the scores of all the jury members is derived.

More than one first, second and third prize may be awarded in each category by decision of the Commission. There are also special festive nominations. One MINI GRAND PRIX winner in each age group will be selected for the age group with the highest number of jury points.

At the end of the competition, one GRAND PRIX winner will be selected among the MINI Grand Prix winners in the age groups of children up to 11 years old, teenagers 12-14 years old and senior entrants 15+.

All participants and leaders are awarded with souvenirs, diplomas and medals, Grand Prix winners are awarded with Grand Prix cups, Grand Prix diplomas, medals and gift vouchers for participation in other competitions organised by ARS FESTA.

2.5. COMPETITION SUPPORT

2.5.1 Participants are requested to make a donation to the Competition in the following order:

1) Soloist – EUR 95
2) Duet – EUR 55 per person
3) Groups – EUR 40 per person 

Payment shall be made immediately upon registration for the competition, but no later than January 2, 2026.

For registrations made after 15 December, there is an additional "late registration fee" of EUR 20
per performance. Late registrations will only be accepted if there is room for additional participants.

If participation is canceled less than two weeks before the event, the amount paid is non-refundable.

2.6. FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHING THE COMPETITION

All performances will be filmed and photographed with professional equipment (3 cameras, sound from a sound desk).
If you wish to purchase a video of your performance, please let us know at the reception desk upon arrival at the venue.

Video price 50 EUR / pcs.
FILMING WITH YOUR OWN TECHNOLOGY IS FORBIDDEN, except for telephones..

The footage edited after the competition will be broadcast on the Musical Talent League/Christmas Talent League
youtube channel and on social networks.

III. FINAL PROVISIONS

3.1 Competitors and accompanying persons are responsible for their own travel expenses.

3.2 The Organisers reserve the right to amend the programme and the Regulations as necessary.
3.3 The Organisers shall be entitled to all TV and radio appearances, publishing, filming and photography without
any additional fee. The organisers may use video, audio and photographic material for the purposes of promoting the event
without the express permission of the participants.
3.4. Participants are responsible for respecting the copyrights of the songs they perform.
3..5 By agreeing to participate in the competition, the participant (or his/her representative - an adult if the participant is a minor) confirms to
that he/she agrees to and has no claims regarding the publication of the participant's photographs, video recordings and other personal data in the public domain and the use of
for publicity purposes.
